Conference Presenters

The TIME Task Force is proud to bring you our TIME Task Force Conference taking place October 4–7, 2026, in Columbus, Georgia. Do you have a topic covering TIM innovations, lessons learned, or another similar area that you’d like to share? Consider applying to be a presenter at this biennial event! Registration

Registration fees are waived for presenters! Presenters are welcome to attend all three days of the conference, including the Awards Banquet on Tuesday, October 6 at 6:00 p.m.

Presenters are responsible for their own accommodation. Accommodation suggestions are available on the main registration page.

Any additional personnel accompanying a presenter will have to register:

For the conference ($250) or
To only attend the Awards Banquet ($95)

Deadline: Friday, August 28

Important Note

Submitting a presenter application does not guarantee that you will be selected as a presenter. We will review each submission and let you know of our decision in a timely manner.
