Grant Award Process
The TIME Task Force will notify agencies selected as recipients of the 2025 TIME Task Force Grant. Once notified of award, awarded agencies must complete the following steps to receive the grant funds:
1. Attend a Grant overview meeting with the TIME Task Force Grants Committee Chair. In this meeting, the chair will go over the or the grant disbursement process, guidelines for making purchases, and post-purchase reporting requirements. Establish a GDOT Vendor ID number by filling out a GDOT Supplier Change Request Form (SCF) if your agency does not have one already.
2. Electronically sign a grant agreement with GDOT. GDOT will initiate this with each awarded agency. A sample grant agreement can be found at www.timetaskforce.com/Grant. Note, the certification of compliance with Annual Immigration Reporting requirements/No Sanctuary Policy/Federal Law Enforcement Cooperation is required and included as part of the grant agreement.
Once the grant agreement is signed by the agency and executed by GDOT, the agency will receive funds via direct deposit or by paper check as determined by the options selected on the vendor management form (VMF). Please allow up to 6 weeks for this process.
