Region 12 Heavy Wrecker Technical Rescue Training for Responders

Please join us as Sapp’s Wrecker Service, a heavy-wrecker towing service in your region, demonstrates their capabilities. This training was developed as a way for responders to know the capabilities of their towing partners and how they can be a resource for incidents involving commercial vehicles and entrapments. This training will review incident command and equipment and capabilities provided by Sapp’s Wrecker Service. It will conclude with multiple scenarios where responders learn how to utilize specialized equipment to hook up to commercial vehicles and the communication and coordination needed between responders and towers on the scene.
