Murray County Livestock Emergency Response Plan (LERP) Training

Training to enhance understanding and management of roadway incidents involving livestock carriers.

This 5-hour class with provide the student with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively support the management of roadway incidents involving livestock carriers. Participants will also gain knowledge of the resources required to efficiently mitigate these incidents and where to find them. Both classroom and hands-on instruction will be incorporated into the training.

  • Safety Service Patrol Operators
  • State and Local DOTs
  • Large Animal Veterinarians
  • E-911 Operators
  • Ranch Workers
  • Livestock Market/Stockyard Workers
  • All others interested or involved in support of roadway incident management

Limit of 50 attendees per class.
