2024 TIME Task Force Conference Exhibitor Opportunities
Welcome to the highly anticipated biennial TIME Conference hosted by the TIME Task Force scheduled for October 13-16, 2024, in the picturesque city of Athens, Georgia. This year’s conference, which is themed “Seconds Count: Safe, Quick Clearance Saves Lives,” highlights the critical importance of swift and efficient responses to traffic incidents. As we gather in the heart of Georgia, this event provides an exceptional platform for your organization to stand out as a guiding light within the vibrant traffic incident management (TIM) community, and we invite you to play a pivotal role.
By becoming an exhibitor, you not only align yourself with the mission of enhancing TIM safety, but also showcase your services and products in the fields of, but not limited to, TIM, transportation, or emergency response. Our exhibitors are a key part of the conference, and their presence is valued by all members of the TIME Task Force community.
The cost per exhibitor booth is $500 (includes all exhibitor benefits), plus each exhibitor is required to provide a door prize valued at $50 or more, to be brought and submitted during the exhibitor registration. Exhibitors will set up in a master hall or lobby area with close exposure to all conference sessions and refreshment breaks. The exhibitor booth cost includes all food being served at the conference and the following items:
- One skirted table
- Two chairs
- Complimentary Wi-Fi access
- Electricity
- Trash can
- Ability to network, interact with, and influence TIM professionals from all over Georgia
- Additional person accompanying exhibitor: $150 each
The conference itself is a celebration of effective TIM, emphasizing its crucial role in safety, economic viability, and overall quality of life in Georgia.
